Whilst on placement I created the company ‘Forest Blocks’ creating eco-friendly children’s toys. Research, testing and development was undertaken to create eco-friendly building blocks. The unique design allows children to express themselves creatively and develop their skills.
Time in the workshop included experimenting with different shapes and hole sizes for the blocks and screen printing packaging.
Software and machinery used to create this design includes:
Solidworks, Procreate, Photoshop, Planer Thicknesser, Band Saw, Pillar Drill, Disc Sander, Screen printing.
