The brief for this project was to design a bike light for a recreational bike user to be stocked at Halfords. This product was designed so that it could be injection moulded. Therefore, the product contains certain elements such as a split line and draft so that the product could be removed from the mould easily and without damage.
Initial sketching allowed for different designs to be explored and developed. Also, detailed dimension sketches were created before moving onto Solidworks to ensure a high level of quality and accuracy.
